Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email bathandbodyworks@gmail.com with the order number and the reason for the return.

Opened body care, candles, and home fragrance are not returnable unless the order arrived damaged or incomplete.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after the return is received.
